You can register your product return.
How it works:
- Enter your postal code and order number, then select the products you wish to return.
- Your return will be processed during our staff’s working hours.
- Items cannot be returned if they are damaged, have broken packaging, have been modified, are excluded from return, or show signs of installation.
Returns of New, Quality Products
If the purchased item is new and in good condition but does not suit your personal needs (and the buyer is a consumer – a natural person), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it (if delivered by courier) or collecting it (if picked up in person).
Important: This right applies only to new, unused, and undamaged items in resellable condition.
Returns of Defective, Incomplete, or Misrepresented Items
The buyer has the right to return an item if it turns out to be defective, has manufacturing faults, or does not match the description provided in the listing, and these issues were not disclosed prior to purchase. In such cases, the return can be made within a reasonable time frame in accordance with legal regulations, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or collection.
